Shipping & Returns
1. Order Processing
Orders ship within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order leaves our warehouse.
2. Delivery Estimates
West Malaysia — 3 to 5 working days.
East Malaysia — 5 to 9 working days.
International — 7 to 21 working days.
3. Free Delivery
Enjoy free delivery on orders of 2 items or more within West Malaysia. East Malaysia and international orders are charged based on weight and destination.
4. International Orders
Buyer is responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and any additional fees charged by the destination country. Delays caused by customs are outside our control.
5. Wrong Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Re-shipping fees for incorrect or incomplete addresses are charged to the customer.
6. Returns & Refunds
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind, wrong size, or personal preference. Please review our Size Guide carefully before checking out.
7. Defective or Wrong Item
If you received a defective or wrong item, please report it within 7 days of delivery. DM us with your order number, clear photos or video of the issue, and a photo of the packaging if it was damaged in transit.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached. Replacement or refund is subject to our review.
8. Final Sale Items
Sale items, gift cards, and limited drops are considered final sale — no exceptions.

1. About Us
DI:KID is a streetwear brand based in Malaysia, operated by its founders. You can reach us at salesdikid@gmail.com or on Instagram at @dikid_official.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to place an order, or have permission from a parent or guardian. By placing an order, you confirm that the account and order information you provide is true and accurate.
3. Products
All items are made in limited quantities. Colours and details may vary slightly from the actual product due to lighting, monitor settings, and photography. Once a limited drop is sold out, it will not be reproduced.
4. Orders & Payment
All prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless stated otherwise. Orders are confirmed only after successful payment. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion — including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock issues — with a full refund.
5. Shipping, Returns & Refunds
Please refer to the Shipping & Returns section above for delivery estimates and our returns policy. All sales are final unless the item is defective or shipped incorrectly. Risk of loss passes to you once we hand the parcel to the courier.
6. Intellectual Property
The DI:KID name, logo, designs, photography, copywriting, and the "Unbothered" series are owned by DI:KID and protected under Malaysian and international law. You may not copy, reproduce, resell, or print our designs onto your own products. Personal, non-commercial use of purchased items is fine.
7. User-Submitted Content
By tagging us or using our hashtags, you grant DI:KID a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual right to repost your content on our platforms with credit where reasonable. Tag us if you want us to see your fit.
8. Limitation of Liability
DI:KID's total liability for any order is capped at the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — for example, delays caused by couriers, customs, or events outside our control.
9. Privacy
We collect only the information needed to fulfil your order — name, address, email, and contact number. We do not sell your data, and we are committed to handling it in line with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA). We may email you about your order or future drops, and you can opt out at any time by replying to any email.
Our website uses privacy-friendly analytics (no third-party tracking cookies) to understand visitor behaviour in aggregate. No personal data is sold to or shared with third parties.
10. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always live on this page.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from them will be resolved in the courts of Malaysia.
